RT-AC87R on Merlin 378.56_2 Can't reach site

Currently I can't reach secure.logmein.com with my router. If I'm plugged directly into my cable modem, I can reach it fine. I ran a trace route and it times out after a few connections. I can't reach it even after a factory reset.
