Version 3006.102.4 fixed the problem and now is ok.

I did factory reset - did not help. @Ripshod yep I noticed that - but on Asus firmware it was Ok (WiFi 7 / Wpa2/Wpa3). I did not change anything in config after my downgrade and install firmware.
