Asus Rt-AC66U Capping Internet Speed to Around 35Mb/s

Late reply here, but I just followed the steps that jegesq suggested above in post 8. Thank you, jegesq. I also had to turn off my "Enable Smart QoS" under "Traffic Monitor" on my AC66U. Combined, my similar issue was resolved.
