AC86 Merlin Open VPN with PIA causing GUI to be unresponsive

I configured Open VPN with PIA as the instructions on the PIA website indicate and the VPN works but as soon as I turn it on the GUI on the AC86 with latest version of Merlin becomes unresponsive. When I click on a tab it takes a minute or two to register the action and then it eventually just...
