Hello. I am having issue update from netgear to voxel. I did downgrade to 2.5.2.4. I connect via lab cable to rbs and trying to upload voxel rbs. After many attempts it still shows same 2.5..2.4. the message shows successful update. But firmware still shows 2.5.2.4. Shouldn’t it show voxel...
