    After fresh reboot the above command returns a zero. Any time after a Site Survey attempt the above command returns a three.

    I rebooted the PC then launched Chrome then rebooted the router and went to the site Survey tab and it looks just like the first image I showed above... I have also made sure no Chrome extension were loaded.

    Here's what I see the first time I go to the Site Survey tab after logging in to my router via Chrome: And here's what I see if I leave and return to the Site Survey tab with Chrome error console displayed: I get the same results using Opera and IE9.

    Missing screens... in firmware screens

    I have exactly the same problems with the displays as you when I access the router via Internet Explorer 9 which, from your screen shots, it looks like you are using IE9. The displays show correctly with both the other browsers I use - Chrome, and Opera.
