Asus RT-AC86U DUAL-WAN not working, WAN connected but unreachable

My rt-ac86u does not work at all with dual WAN. The first connection works but the second never works. says DHCP error with isp (second wan set to automatic ip into ISP Modem/Router) says Connected but doesn't work when set with Static IP (Cant access ISP Modem/Router even though says connected)...
