Thank you for the reply Bill. Im currently on the fence with starting up an RMA to see if i can get a better device than the one i have. Although Asus' website is also incredibly frustrating to navigate to get an RMA started.

This is a pretty common issue with this model and possibly other AX based models from Asus. I also own an AX58U and experience this every week to week and a half. Sometimes some firmware updates make it worse, sometimes it doesn't. There is no rhyme or reason to when it drops speeds to dialup...
