I have a XT8 router - when I goto the admin page of the router, there are certain devices that I cannot locate/find in the network map - they are connected and have an IP address, but they do not show up on the network map. Is this a known bug?

I'm trying to block ProtonVPN from connecting using the Network Services Filter but I have no idea what is the Destination IP or Port Range - where can I find this information?
I am currently using the XT-8 on the most recent firmware - they have an option to block access to Google DNS using the static route list - my question is how do I just block certain devices and not the entire network from using Google DNS, is it possible?
