Release ASUS GT-BE98 Pro Firmware version 3.0.0.6.102_37812 (3/13/2025)

Weird, uploaded this package GT-BE98_PRO_3.0.0.6_102_37812-g78f7da8_1207-g0fc42_BB0B_nand_squashfs.pkgtb 2 and got pinged to upgrade after. This is the current FW that I have, which looks the same except it has 1208: 3.0.0.6.102_37812-g78f7da8_1208-g0311b_BB0B

FYI - for anyone having these issues, ASUS gave me beta FW to test out for the GT-BE98 having issues with Apple devices: https://www.asuswebstorage.com/navigate/a/#/s/CB0A56CFE5C24191A4DBD53109CB24FEY

    iPhone 16 Pro w/ GT-Be98 Pro & BQ16

I'm still having issues with this as well (same setup) - I did factory reset and the problems are still there - apple devices refuse to connect to a new node when moving around (wifi has to be turned off an on). It's definitely a conflict in the latest FW with apple devices.

GT-BE98 Pro Wired Backhaul - Apple Devices 6ghz issues

I am running 2 GT-BE98 Pro's & 2 BQ16 Pro's on a wired backhaul - great setup, probably the best I have ever had, but my latest Apple devices are choking on the 6ghz network (all separate SSD's) when I move from floor to floor. I have had mesh setups before with their own issues (mostly because...

You probably already checked this, but if you are using a modem have you opened a port from the gateway from your ISP?

    Mac Mini M2 / MBP Can't Find 6Ghz

Hi, yes the only way I got it to work is to use the ASUS beta software - Merlin 388.1 didn't work for me with the M2 and 6Ghz.

    Mac Mini M2 / MBP Can't Find 6Ghz

Getting 1.5Gbps is impressive! I had to SSH into the router and send a bunch of reports to Broadcom who were extremely helpful - Asus finally determined there was a bug in the latest build (3.0.0.4.388_22237-g9120e16), so they gave me another FW to test for the AXE 16000...

https://www.intuitibits.com/products/wifiexplorerpro3/ And I can confirm I see the 6 Ghz network on the pro version, I just don't have anything other than Apple products to test. Their explanation on 6Ghz discovery:

    Mac Mini M2 / MBP Can't Find 6Ghz

Trophy for how results-driven you are! Hard to believe is the tagline here, as ASUS should in fact support RNR. I did press ASUS support team pretty hard when trying to figure it out, and there solution was to turn up bandwidth to 160 and control channel to the highest channel. This along with...

    Mac Mini M2 / MBP Can't Find 6Ghz

Good catch. Mine was on by default, most likely because I'm in the US.

Thanks tgl for the reply. I did read that as well as they just released that support doc but still had an issue using a single SSID - I do prefer to keep multiple SSID's so I am hoping there is alternative solution.
