    Thanks again. Yes, I’m using DoT to an upstream resolver with filtering (malware protection). The only one enabled is Rebind Protection. The other two settings are disabled. If there’s no harm and no overhead with Rebind Protection, I’ll just leave it enabled.

    Hello. If using an upstream resolver that already has rebind protection, is it of any value to also keep it enabled on the router? Any harm in keeping it enabled? Does it add significant overhead?

    Bell home internet users with Asus routers - does DoT work for you?

    Yes. With a DoH profile installed on my iPhone, everything works fine when I’m connected to my in-laws’ wifi (Bell ISP). It’s just too bad there’s no DoH option on Asus routers. Maybe something @RMerlin can consider for a future fw release (if it's not too much effort to implement).

    OK, I’ll do that next time I’m there. Thanks. Too bad there’s no DoH option on Asus routers as DoH seems to work fine with Bell internet (tested with a DoH profile on my iPhone), and would’ve been an easy workaround for encrypted DNS.

    Interesting. The manual for this router says to position the antennas in a “W” pattern with the outer antennas at 45 degrees. Curious to know which instructions say to position them all vertically?
