    Dear Jzchen, The issue was related to the firmware. I installed the latest Merlin beta, and everything is working now. Thank you very much EDIT: I post the screnshoot in case something is wrong.

    Yes i did as it says here EDIT: I've changed routers several times with Movistar and never had issues, i've always followed the same procedure. Could it be that the router is defective?
