For normal users it'll only be effective on outbound connections. For inbound if memory serves only 2 tins are utilized.

My mistake, it's been a long time since I've looked at the documentation for this.
Try removing besteffort to utilize the different categories/tins for classifications, unless you have already tried this.
You should try the triple isolate flag, I've found it to be much better. I've been running this setup for years on a edgerouter lite with great results.

Yes I have check both time zone and DST settings. I even changed the time zone to a different one and then back to mine with no change. It's is indeed strange, I just have to remember the time is off when looking at the logs.

Never used the default one unitl today, I have had the NTP servers set to google's using time1.google.com and time2.google.com when that didn't work I tried using only time.google.com.
Right now it's set to pool.ntp.org and............it's happened again the "General log" is four hours ahead...

I had a hard time with mine due to not using the recovery software that came on the router cd. Once I found the cd it still took a couple of tries but it eventually worked. Recovery mode was difficult for me to get into also. Just keep trying it'll work.
