D-Link DGS-1210-28P (F3) -- Cannot access WebGUI after factory reset.

According to the manual, when connecting to the default IP (screenshot: 10.90.90.90), you only need to enter the password "admin". However, I am unable to access the WebGUI. Elsewhere in the manual when looking at the CLI section it says both username/pass are "admin" but when entering that info...
