Hi. It seems & in the SSID of your neighbor's WiFi causes the error. You better ask your neighbors to make their SSIDs all alphanumeric.

Someone shared me the nand content backup of the same model. After editing some values (such as serial_no, label_mac, secret_code etc.) by hex editor, I flashed using mtd-write command on ssh. Now my router works fine! Thx for the help.
