I take back my previous statement! Once I tried to browse away from this site, I was unable to get web pages to load. I power cycled the router and it was green for a while, but turned white after about 3-4 minutes. Weird.

Just found this thread - mine is currently green right now, while the internet appears to be working fine. However, I am unable to connect to the router with the Asus Router app or via a web browser. So it appears to be working and online, but the LED may be indicating otherwise.

Checked all of that multiple times. Even this morning (10 hours later) still nothing.

I did set the google account to allow less secure apps, so that shouldn't be the issue. I also looked through the general system log to see if there was any indication of a failure to send the emails, but saw nothing obvious in there either.

Grrr. Had another drop this morning and it came back again. By the time that I went upstairs to look at the modem, the lights were both blue, indicating it was online. I definitely think it is the router at this point, and not my internet service. This is a frustrating problem.

I had charter spectrum out tonight. They replaced the line from a splitter to the modem because it had a very short "stinger" on each end (the center wire). Then they checked signals and all looked good. They also replaced a fitting on an unrelated line. I am hoping that was the root of the...
