RT-BE96U and RT-BE92U AiMesh Connection Dropping

I also have a wired backhaul and then I found out that MLO does not enable on nodes that are not the same model. I enabled it in ssh and seems to work but seems the speeds are slower. Even if i am on the main router. Main is GT-BE98PRO and one node is BT10 and third is an AX MINI. I assume MLO...

Yeah I have ran the pihole as the WAN dns since GT-AC5300 launch till last week. I have every client named and mac bound with no guest network. I knew it could cause issues, but the only issue i had was the router requesting too many queries too fast. I have noticed the asus router reaching out...

    ESPN Plus not working

Do you see your phone's IP show up in the system log and what are your DNS for wan and LAN set to? Can you try setting a static IP on your phone and using like 1.1.1.1 for the DNS?

Lol For some reason this container shows both piholes for the amount of blocked domains. It's only 5 million. It's really mostly malware, trackers, ads, and pron. I was more showing the queries and blocked.

    GT-BE98 Pro 3006.102.5 DNSDirector

Last thing, it seems since DNS Director is working properly now within this new firmware, I don't have to point the wan dns to the piholes to get the router to use it as the dns. Unless something else is at play?

    GT-BE98 Pro 3006.102.5 DNSDirector

Anyways, thanks @bennor. Your suggestion of no redirection for the piholes seemed to fix the dns director issue. Cant believe it was so simple. What threw my off was the router basically locking up. I had to unplug everything from the network and then plug in one at a time to see what was...

    GT-BE98 Pro 3006.102.5 DNSDirector

you could just build the list out of 64 clients that you know will use the dns from the router (pcs and laptops), then just have other stuff to keep using the director?

    GT-BE98 Pro 3006.102.5 DNSDirector
