Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 386.1 Beta (stage 2) is now available

Updated on my AX-86U, seems to have updated nicely. I'll give running scripts with amtm on this version a go and see if it's stable now. I've had unstability on the previous version.

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 386.1 Beta (stage 2) is now available

Okay, so after a few days of stability with no amtm scripts enabled, I replaced the SSD I was using and setup the scripts again. A little over 12 hours later and my router has already crashed and restarted. So pretty sure it's not the drive, but one of the scripts or even just having any script...

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 386.1 Beta (stage 2) is now available

Router has been up for 1day and 18 hours now now. Whatever was causing my router to crash and reboot is probably to do with either running scripts through amtm or possibly the SSD I had plugged in as storage for those scripts. The investigation continues!

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 386.1 Beta (stage 2) is now available

Yeah I hope it's nothing too. Although now i've set it up without any scripts with amtm it's - crosses fingers - pretty stable. I think it might have been the SSD I set up maybe...

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 386.1 Beta (stage 2) is now available

I mean, it could be a possibility but its only a couple of months old. Also it was fine up until Beta 3/4, but I can't remember when I started using scripts etc, so I've gone back to just the beta with a minimal setup.

You're also having issues with random rebooting on the same model and firmware? Nuclear Reset I went off this: https://www.snbforums.com/threads/major-issues-w-rt-ac86u.56342/page-4#post-495710

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 386.1 Beta (stage 2) is now available

I've been looking at temps every once in a while and they seem pretty consistent. Pretty much this all/most of the time: 2.4 GHz: 49°C - 5 GHz: 49°C - CPU: 74°C Happy to set up monitoring the temp, unsure how, would you be able to tell me?

Hey guys. Crashed again today RT-AX86U Beta 4. Here's the log just before and just after. I'm really at a loss as to what is causing this and would love some input to how I can better log what's going on so I can get down to the issue. I do, but I installed it to help diagnose this issue. It also happened yesterday prior to the firmware reset where scribe wasn't installed.

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 386.1 Beta (stage 2) is now available

Okay, so running Beta 4 on the RT-AX86U. I actually did a firmware reset yesterday and set up my config again. Crashed and restarted this afternoon it seems. Here is a bit of the log before the restart at the end. Would love some insights as I have no idea... Jan 11 15:48:37 RT-AX86U kernel...

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 386.1 Beta (stage 2) is now available

Hello! Running Beta 4 on an RC-AX86U and just had the router crash and restart. Unsure what exactly caused the issue, would love help identifying it from the logs. Whatever happens it seems like the date goes wrong. I've attached a dump of the log around that time. Turns out I can't upload a...
