    I will test this and see if its working, i think i only did the prerouting and not forward rule. If thats the case your the best! Running the pc version of wireguard client gives around 240Mbps (on a 250Mbps connection). Lets see if RT-AX88 can give the same speeds, the CPU seemed pretty busy...

    Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 3004.388.7 beta is now available

    I did a clean install for once. Wizard hang once for me, if someone got time i recommend to do a clean install with beta firmware on AX88U. Maybe i was just unlucky, but otherwise everything is setup from scratch and working fine.

    OK. Thank you for getting back on this topic. I lost my hair yesterday. With regular VPN on ASUS AX88U i can achive speeds of 100/50 Mbps when doing speedtests while i can easily do 250/250 Mbps when using the built-in wireguard client in router. I hope someone finds out a fix for this, until...

    Could someone share a guide how to port forward / getting connectable using WireGuard? I opened port on VPN provider with OpenVPN and it worked (using iptables) but with WireGuard i never got it working (despite opening a dedicated WireGuard port). Anyone have a guide? Been searching internet...

    384.19 IPTV over VPN

    Aug 22 21:53:22 kernel: bcm_i2c: bus 0: Failed to detect SFP: 100 retries exhausted Aug 22 21:56:37 kernel: nf_conntrack: automatic helper assignment is deprecated and it will be removed soon. Use the iptables CT target to attach helpers instead. Also saw this error in log. I am downgrading.

    384.19 IPTV over VPN

    Hi! Anyone else noticed problems with IPTV over VPN? Streams won't start after XX hours. A reboot of router solves it. Worked flawless on 384.18. I am thinking if theirs a bug.

    Suggestions for Merlin Add-ons

    The only thing i am lacking right now is a WebGUI script to create/edit nat-start file. A lot of users inlcuding me is forced to run OpenVPN and it would be very nice if there were an easy way to open ports (not requiring putty)

    Hi RMerlin, I been running 386.16 Alpha 2 now for a couple of days. Tested VPN Client with manual portforwarding (iptables). I also created a small script to load iptable rules so port stays open. Works like a charm! My RT-AX88U can download/upload 105 Mbps with OVPN (my connection is 100Mbit)...
