    Possible ASUS RT-AC88U issues.

    I had problem like you slow loading pages on last update. I rollback into 2 updates backward and all is working great.

    Yeah, next 2 new updates were braking LA and slowing DNS. Last one did slow DNS resolving that I couldn't load pages ;)

    I'm on this 3.0.0.4.385_20490 working reliably. Got 2 updates and all were working tragic.
