I'm in the same boat. There isn't very much in the FCC pipeline for an AP with ax support though so I expect it will be a lot closer to 2020 before anything is available.- TD22057

Replace Netgear WNDR3700 with Orbi Mesh?
I've been really happy with my Orbi (main + satellite) for coverage and performance. My house has thick plaster walls and steel beams so a single AP just wasn't working. Why does the link for "baltic" show the newer 245 and the "us" shows the older version? Is the newer version available yet? I can't find it for sale anywhere. [Edit]: Having re-read the thread more carefully, I see this is available in Europe but seemingly not in the US. I don't suppose...- TD22057
