That solved it. Notepad++ also has an EOL converter so I was able to use that easily. I can now ping the allowed LAN addresses from the guest wi-fi but they don't resolve if I put the name in so that's what I'm looking into next.

Hmmm... same issues. I just tried enabling Guest Networking on my AC66U and I can't connect to it which brought me here via Google. I am running one of Merlin's builds so I should probably double check what version.

I keep them as whitelist.txt and blacklist.txt on my ftp server. WGET pulls them down as whitelist and blacklist. It overwrites the ones that are there or creates new ones if not.
