Should 5Ghz Wi-Fi 5 Range Channel Bandwidth be set to 80Mhz?

Depending on where you are in the world, and the channel selected, you might be better off manually setting the channel width.

    Using 160Mhz with RT-AX88U

It's not another wifi network. It could be a weather radar. These routers are allowed to use frequencies, used by weather radars for example. But if the router sees such equipment it will stop using that frequency. Use other bands. But usually 80Mhz is wide enough. For example, no one around...

Roaming Assistant with Aimesh doesn't work

Do a test. Set the values to -40, which should ditch clients quicker. And go from there.

Issue with Parental Control - Time Scheduling

Just to add to this. Android and iPhones can now randomise their MAC address every time they connect to a network. This means dishing out a new IP and the said device will not be scheduled anymore. I'm now looking at other solutions what will work.

Diversion Diversion - the Router Ad-Blocker

Has anyone had the issue where pixelserv-tls stops running? I've just disabled it because I keep restarting it but it stops running.

Issue with Parental Control - Time Scheduling

Ah, bit of a typo in my previous post. I was meant to question if manually assigning IP via DHCP would work, but it doesn't, and you figured out the correct grammar. Isn't there a way to add clients to the network via their MAC address? Where they will only be allowed only if added to the MAC...

Issue with Parental Control - Time Scheduling

This is interesting. Manually assigning an IP gets around the block. I'd be impressed with the users knowledge here to do this. Would you get the same result if you manually assigned an IP on the router for the MAC address? Or block devices with a static IP? There has to be a way to stop this...

    iPerf results from WIFI6

Comparing your settings to mine, the only difference I see is the 'DTIM Interval' setting. Its set to 3 on both of my units. Apart from that, this is a difficult one. I feel you should be getting better results.

    iPerf results from WIFI6

That's your 2.4Ghz band which is fine. I'm iperf testing on 5Ghz. Think that would make a difference.

    iPerf results from WIFI6

Go to 'Professional' tab in the wireless settings. At the bottom will be the Tx power adjustment. What's this set at?

    iPerf results from WIFI6

Try this command... -c [IP address] -t 10 -i 1 -w 8M I'm sitting at a table 12 feet from the main router, AX88U. Results in screenshot. And I get a little higher results from the AP on the 2nd floor. iperf -s running on a server, -c running on my Z Fold 2.

    Unstable AiMesh Various Questions

You cannot beat a manual roaming set up using APs. I tried the AiMesh twice and had exactly the same issues. So I have one main and AP, with different channels, and adjust the 'roaming assist' to aid the units 'dropping' clients when out of range so as to connect to the nearest one. Works great.

Trying to figure out if my AX88u is defective or not

Scan the local area with a WiFi analyser, they're not perfect but will give you a good idea of the the control channels that are being used in your vacinity. Manually select a control channel. I use 52 on the AP and 100 on the main router but I'm fortunate as these channels are not being used...
