Also, RT-AX88U PRO has 1GB RAM, whereas TUF-AX6000 has 512MB RAM.

I'm between TUF-AX6000 and RT-AX88U PRO, which would you recommend? I compare the two and the latter only supports WiFi 6 (802.11ax)?

I'm on VDSL 100/10 now but soon I will go to FTTH 300/30. I don't know how the ONT could affect these numbers. Greece, ISP Cosmote.
