    File transfer speed oscillating

    Just got an ASUS RT-N66U router the other day and noticed that the speed oscillates between about 4MB/s and 11.3MB/s. I'm still using CAT5 cables for the moment, but the previous router could maintain a constant 11.3MB/s when transferring files to the NAS. Any ideas on how to fix this...
