I just found that /dev/root is 100% full. /dev/root 33.8M 33.8M 0 100% / Is this expected? Are there any directories/files I can delete to get some free spaces?

Yes, it was Tmobile-AC1900 flashed to AC68U. I have been using Asus_merlin for a long time and flashed in the same way many times w/o any issue. This is the first time I am not able to flash to latest version.

I did everything in your procedure, still no luck. I can confirm the firmware downloaded is my router.

Just did this way, still no luck After failed flashing, I found all "Clients" disappear (Shows "Clients 0" on Network Map page), but all my devices have access to Internet.

Unplugged all USB devices and still failed upgrading. The same symptom. Also tried to flash 384.9_0, same failure. I didn't find related info from System log.

I have the exactly the same issue for my 5T Seagate HDD. However, my other 8T WD HDD works perfect on the router w/o such errors. Even for the problematic Seagate HDD, it used to work w/o issues. I did disk check on PC but couldn't fine any errors.

I have trouble upgrading to this version. I downloaded .trx file and tried to upload/update to my AC68U. After uploading completes, webpage returns to Network Map page but router doesn't reboot to flash. All mounted USB HDDs disappears. Not sure what's going wrong. I am still on 384.8_2

I couldn't find Disk spindown option under Tools/Other Setting in latest 384.4_2 firmware. And my HDD is always spinning when connected to my router. Is it expected? I see spindown option before this firmware upgrade. My router is RT-AC68U
