I have tried that already but with the exact same results ... What I was thinking is that perhaps there is a maximum on the number of nodes that are supported ? I do have 6 other nodes ( that are not enabled though - switched off ) and GT-BE98 is the last in the row ... Perhaps it needs to be...

Hello everyone. I have one GT-BE98 as a router and one as a node ... Many problems with the node with this firmware (39197)... Node restarts every few minutes and keeps loosing connection very soon. Reverted to 39115 and everything back to normal. Anybody else experienced this ?

yes I have tried that also ... it does not get into rescue mode ... nothing happens no matter how long I press the reset key also ... just led 1 and 3 are lit and the power led semi-lit ... very strange behavior ... I will call asus support to report it ...

A GT-AXE16000 which was a node with another (same as router) is lost 2 days after the upgrade ... perhaps has nothing to do with the upgrade but suddenly lost all connections ... tried to reset it but it won't start again ... only led 1 and 3 are lit and power semi-lit ...

I am on this firmware since day one with no problems until yesterday. While trying to add a new node my router lost all settings ... as if I had reset it ... Anybody else experienced anything like this ?

I do have the same configuration and can verify that everything is fine. Tested with 5g devices and they were ok . Also tested with a 10g switch on the node that has coloured leds indicators for the connections and the correct color appears. You do not need to have it on ethernet backhaul , auto...

In previous versions of the firmware you could choose between 5G-1st and 5G-2nd band for a guest network ... I can not see that in this version ... Is there anyway to do that ?

Finally they corrected the aimesh problems of the last 3 editions of the firmware ... When in auto connection, nodes appear to have all the wifis correctly ( but only if the node is in 3.0.0.6 also), even the guest networks are correct. If the node is still in 3.0.0.4 there are problems mixing...

I have already opened a case through customer service for this behavior months ago when the previous version was released (exactly same problem) but there is no answer yet.

Everything Ok for the main unit ... problem with the node ...(both are GT-AXE16000) Exactly same problem as previous versions. Node loses wifi when in Auto mode. Everything works properly when in ethernet mode. Rolled back to version 23012 the node.
