I kindly request that folks assume that I have already:
1. Performed a factory reset on all concerned devices.
2. Updated all software and firmware.
3. Refreshed my browser window and cleared the browser cache.
I'm not a spring chicken - despite my account being marked as "new". I regularly work with enterprise grade networks and would like folks to work with me under that assumption. Not that I'm a beginner user - which I'm definitely not.
