    RT-AC68U new interface for parental controls time scheduling

    I cannot confirm this meaning of "Offtime" here. Offtime means internet is off for the respective device, that is the internet access is blocked. Be sure to switch on the button in the right pane. If in doubt, check for the offtime in the timeline (the menu button in the top right).

    Time scheduling whitelist

    I think you could enable Wireless MAC Filter allowing just those MACs and then restrict their access time by the time scheduling option in Parental Controls.
