    In Internet Connection page, select WAN Type = WAN In addition you can select to MAC Clone the authorized MAC Address from the ISP. That should fix the issue. If it doesn't, what is the output of ifconfig -a You can choose to show only a portion of inet/inet6 and HWaddr for privacy.

    How about Port Triggering? It might be a possible workaround but it will not achieve the other thing you want which is non-plex clients on the second WAN.

    Ah! Try to change Primary WAN to LAN port 2 and Mode to Load Balance. Also you don't have to use Dual WAN to setup LAN port 2 as WAN.
