No it was unintentional. Uploaded it twice it seems. I'm about 3 meters away. The end of my couch is blocking it. :-) The 2.4 network works flawlessly now as opposed to the netgear fw.

I'm on Vortex/Merlin or XVortex/Merlin now and things actually frickn WORK! The 5ghz channel seems to flux between 50 and 500mbps according to the Apple "monitor". Not sure why this is. I have turned off explicit beamforming etc. I guess now at least it explains why I was getting such different...

No. since neither have an ethernet plug. :/ But it has been a lot better since I downgraded the firmware. But now the PS4 keeps disconnecting on wired network and not the WLAN.....

Sure. But that would apply to ALL devices. Not just some.
