choose a new router

Asus 66r Dual Band I think the 66r looks like it will fit my needs but does anyone have any hands on config with this router? I am looking to buy this router to be a bridge. I want to connect it to my home router 2.4 band and then create another wifi network on the 5 band for my home lab...
