Weird after 386.7.2 firmware update and reboot, firmware version did not change. Tried one more time, still shows 386.7_1-gd1340bd88e after update and reboot. Hmm Update, transposed 68 for 86 for the AX model, my bad not having my glasses on. Disregard error.

@RMerlin Is there any reason to go to 386.7 first, then update to the beta or is going to the beta directly 386.7_1 ok without having to reset on AX86U.
All I have to say is a big thank you, I would never of bought Asus Routers if it were not for you and the great work you do, I know this goes for many of us. Hope Asus is forever grateful for all the work you have put in.
Started seeing DNS flooding again with dns.msftncsi.com on my pihole. Not sure if it was 386.4 or this 386.5 Alpha that could have triggered this but just started seeing recently after 386.4. If anyone has a quick fix without breaking the 2.5GB wan connection would appreciate it.

So far this 386.5_alpha1 after a reset works better for me on AX86U x 2 routers, dual vpns, custom rules, using Router Bonding along with LACP on 10G network. Even my logs look so much better. Thanks Merlin.
Amazon has fans specifically for routers powered by the usb ports. I use them on all my routers, makes a big difference in temps.
