    Its generally accepted as 15 in security circles. Complex non dictionary words, and at least 15 in length. At 15 and over its incredibly difficult.

    Isn't the latest alpha2 test release incorporating the changes, though Merlin may decide not to change user settings? The GPL he has was newer and merged into alpha2.

    All good on RT-AX86U. The Client Status Network Map fix works in this release, but didn't in Alpha 1. Plugins like Diversion and Merlin AU update and LCD status all worked fine. Thanks Merlin.

    Not sure how they get away with broken QOS, as its illegal in UK to sell something stating it has it if it doesn't work (as in stock firmware that is). Asus mention QOS in specs of item. How is Asus getting away with it as this has gone on for some time now? Been so long since I was on stock...

    Release Asuswrt-Merlin 3006.102.4 is now available

    For those EU/UK people running BE98 who read this thread - GNUTON (and contributors) has released a production version today over at GNUTON's github. It's now on par with Merlin's release (well, actually derived mostly from that anyway). Available in CLASSIC UI or ROG UI here...

    GT-BE98 in my view. GNUTON build only for BE98, unless you are in an area where the BE98 PRO is sold and that's covered by Merlin. GNUTON uses Merlin build source anyway and just does the tweaks that may be specific for BE98 and builds the images (AFAIK).

    In my area of VM, I don't get these delays, but since VM is a hotch potch of different networks which were all separate cable companies at one time, some areas might be different. You might be able to get around this in the future by cloning your MAC address of the old router in your new router...

    Solved BE86U vs Virgin Media

    It should release this upon reboot of the VM HUB5. Power up your router after the HUB5 rebooted, always works for me. If its doing weird issues, then a factory reset and putting it back into modem mode is best.
