    So I set up a Unifi Switch yesterday and it kept wanting to resolve "http://unifi/" which did not exist. I finally got it set up with my IP manually for my controller. I have an GT-AX6000. How can I configure a local static DNS entry for a certain hostname?

    I don't know which the Default DNS was set to, but I changed the DNS on the router to Google and it worked right away.

    So my new router came with a 192.168.50. DHCP server. How do I switch it to 192.168.1.? Also how do I open ports for some of my devices? Please also keep in mind I haven't used a router with a proper GUI in years.
