    The main purpose of Skynet, imho, is to block Internet traffic (internet IP's, domains, ranges, ASN's). I presumed (but never tested yet) that if one blocks local (LAN) IP address with Skynet, all local communications with that IP will be blocked.

    I personally had problems with diversion with its pixelserv-tls server and dsd process. I removed diversion with pixelserv-tls and switched to AdGuardHome to resolve the conflict.     Have you considered interference from USB3.0 data signal? It can considerably hinder the quality of wireless in 2.4Ghz range.
