WAN_Connection: ISP's DHCP did not function properly.
The only way that I found after several years of use is to connect my old d-link router to one of the providers (dual wan, the second channel works fine) and to it ASUS RT AC66U-B1 with static address- vblackman

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 384.11 is available
RT-AC66U-B1 - the same issue. QoS client list is empty too. Downgrade to 384.10_2- vblackman
