    Thank you @L&LD! After rebooting with the WAN disconnected, I was able to access the VPN page and I could see both connections disabled. Reconnecting the WAN automatically reconnected the UDP VPN connection, but then I was able to click the Disable button, which successfully disconnected the VPN...
