    ...and the ISP DHCP error happened three times this week, once after a modem reset. Im going back to 388.1 on my router. Sigh.

    Two weeks have passed and no issues. I guess resetting the modem/ONT fixed my ISP DHCP error.

    Stock Asus firmware took a day for the issue to come up. Merlin firmware takes about a week or more. I'll report back.

    My ISP (Centurylink) said I can reset my modem (outdoor Calix 716GE ONT). Im going to give this firmware another go. If you dont hear back from me, it worked!

    Hopefully the default settings for logging is sufficient. Default message log level: notice, Log only messages more urgent then: debug. I do have logs during a bad and good reboot.     Most ISP modems arent user configurable? Its also not a good idea to reset it to default since itll reset whatever the installer configured. Rebooting the modem does work, but that is not a perfect solution.

    Same thing is happening on my GT-AX6000. 388.1 is rock solid, but every release afterwards has the random ISP DHCP issue. DHCP query frequency is set to continuous mode. It eventually connects to my secondary WAN, but wont fallback back to the primary because the the DHCP issue. I have tried...

    I had the same thing on my GT-AX6000. I cleared out the cookies and cache to the IPs on Firefox. Its working well now.
