Hi, So: when I setup a GNP, and have it on a different VLAN (52), can I not set static IPs for certain clients? When I go to the LAN setings and DHCP, I see my device in the client list. When I select it, I see its IP (192.168.52.101). But when I try to set it as static, it says it’s not valid…...

One thing I don’t get when looking at the GNP for IoT stuff: the “use same subnet” option is turned off. The reply by @bennor suggested that needs to be off in order to isolate your stuff. Are you IoT devices really isolated then if that option is on? Or did you use the default IoT config and...

For future reference: after 1 day without the connection dropping, this was the solution.

Btw, I don’t know what those other settings mean or do, but everything works so I’m never touching them🙂

Ok so it APPEARS that setting my mac to manually use a 2.5 connection fixed it: I have these settings now. Handmatig = manual and volledig duplex = full duplex in dutch.

Good idea I’ll check when I’m back home. When I set it up, both lights where on indicating 2.5 Gbit. And the Mac does support it according to https://www.apple.com/mac-mini/specs/ But maybe one light will go off when the outage occurs…

Hi, I'm having issues where a wired device keeps cutting out every 5 minutes or so. And only for a like.. 5 seconds. Enough to be annoying, and when I turn on a VPN, it keeps telling my I'm not connected to the internet. (After that I auto reconnects after the couple of seconds have passed)...

Because I’m stubborn and I don’t want my AI mesh node to constantly ping some MS DNS as a check 🙂 Does anyone have any ideas as to why I can’t ssh into the node
