    The value for the 14 h data point is 17.45, but the location on the chart is approximately 18.75. Shouldn't the data point be slightly below the 17.5 line?

    The labels seem to be off for the traffic statistics. I didn't notice until I moused over the values.

    I never said 802.11d was in any way related to this issue. I was only commenting on Vaszago's proposition that region selection could work in a way similar to 802.11d.

    That sounds a lot like how 802.11d worked and the FCC banned it. It was too easy to spoof the check.
