    I've run speed tests while the issue was happening. And I get this. Havent checked the router logs.

    Cat 6 cable is always used with the Xbox. Never connected using wifi It's just me and my wife in the house. I've run speed tests on their devices and those speeds are constant and match the incoming modem speeds (160 up and 5 down)
