[Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374.43 LTS releases (Archive)

For the record @john9527 (see my other posts for a reminder of context) I found that my issues on this fork were caused by a faulty modem. I upgraded to the official firmware (3.0.0.4.382_50470-g033b865) with the old modem and got more more useful logging, such as every few days: I've...

[Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374.43 LTS releases (Archive)

No (at least, I haven't set one). Thanks for taking a look. As I said I'll upgrade to 36E4, but what's the best way to make sure these problems aren't related to a dodgy flash? Factory reset before/after flashing...? The power supply is something I'll look at afterwards if it continues.

[Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374.43 LTS releases (Archive)

Got more memory problems on 34E3 this morning, log attached (again hostnames removed). Slightly different to before in that no WAN, but the wifi stayed up and I could look at the logs and do a reboot from there. I see 36E4 is out now so I'll just move to that and do as thorough a reset as I can...

[Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374.43 LTS releases (Archive)

Thanks John. - My time servers are pool.ntp.org/time.nist.gov, and my connection is unlikely to be saturated (74/16 Mbit and not hammering it). It looks like it usually takes 2-6 attempts. Maybe an ISP problem, I don't know, but it's fine for everything else. Maybe the pool servers are...

[Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374.43 LTS releases (Archive)

Oops I'm on 34E3, not 33E7 as mentioned above, post edited. It is, but I'm not really keen to flash it. Maybe once I've read up on it a bit more.

[Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374.43 LTS releases (Archive)

Thanks John. OK not sure how far back to go, here's 2 hours ish back (host names redacted as some have real names in). The frequent "closed unexpectedly" are from a freebsd box running plex, deluge, syncthing mainly, I could probably work out which of these is misbehaving. I have an...

[Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374.43 LTS releases (Archive)

Hi John, I've been using your firmware on an RT-AC66U since Merlin decided to drop it, so thank you for maintaining it. Unfortunately I had my first ever issue with it this morning (33E7 34E3) - it was completely hosed - wifi was off and couldn't get on with an ethernet cable. I power cycled...
