As the title says, how do you contact the admins of this site to get your account deleted. the so called links that are supposed to be available to contact them at bottom of each page are not there and the help option just goes round in circles with no details of how to actually contact them...

not necessarily, in UK they quite quick on giving out refunds, I would have been happy to try another replacement but they advised they would give full refund, hopefully should get end of next week at latest, but i've ended up ordering a multy m1 in it's place, hoping that will work perfectly

Hi all, Thought would provide an update This is now working after ASUS suggested enabling VLAN Trunk on the relevant ports the Zenwifi devices are connected to, when I asked them for the specific VLAN-ID's the guest network used.

My Zyxel switches (GS1900-8) are not currently configured with VLANS, so acting as a bog standard switch, so it shouldn't matter what VLAN number it is on, seeing a) tp-link deco m5 works through the same switches with guest network activated b) the Asus works through a normal un-managed switch...
