    not necessarily, in UK they quite quick on giving out refunds, I would have been happy to try another replacement but they advised they would give full refund, hopefully should get end of next week at latest, but i've ended up ordering a multy m1 in it's place, hoping that will work perfectly

    Hi all, Thought would provide an update This is now working after ASUS suggested enabling VLAN Trunk on the relevant ports the Zenwifi devices are connected to, when I asked them for the specific VLAN-ID's the guest network used.

    managed to do some more testing and it looks like it doesn't want to work through my zyxel switches, if remove these and use an old tp-link switch with this connected to the main node it works
