    I tried a LAN to Wifi speedtest within 3ft of the router with laptop connected to AC power to see what the max speed would be.     Thanks! SInce our routers wifi logs look the same, that would seem to indicate client difference. Are you sure you have a BE200 and not the BE202 ? The BE202 is 160Mhz only version of the BE200. Did you buy from questionale seller?

    @Tpaydt, Is there some windows command line to dump the driver settings? Let me know what you want me to do? There is only really one BE200 windows settings to make sure Wifi7 is enabled 802.11be. On the router, I am in the USA where we have 3x more 6GHz frequency spectrul than Germany...

    WiFi 6 disabled?

    Wi-Fi 6 mode is on by default for 5Ghz. But for the 2.4Ghz band, you have to enable it in the Wi-Fi settings (the basic ones). See image below the last setting (This image is from ASUS RT-AX86U router.)
