AX86U and AT&T 1 gig upload speed problem

I've even tried a second AX86U, but the results were the same.

AX86U and AT&T 1 gig upload speed problem

I have a similar upload issue on 1gbit Fios. Like you, straight to the ONT gives the expected results. It seems to be a lan to wan issue as it doesn't show if I use the internal router speed test or when I use iperf lan to lan. Also, interestingly it seems to be related to Windows based...

    Anyone having login problems lately

I'm the original person with the repeated login issue with Chrome. I'm not sure what I did, but upon clearing the cookies again, just for snbforums, my login is apparently holding now. I will keep yo posted if the issue returns.

Brand new RT-AX86U, slow wired ports (more accurately, slow speedtests)

I have never fully resolved the issue, but I do get better results with other speed tests (fast.com and Verizon's). It seems to be a WLAN/LAN to WAN issue of some kind.

    Release ASUS RT-AX86U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.386.46061 (2022/01/11)

L&LD, your fine. The firmware is not hard to find regardless.

Speedtest freezes on upload with rt-ax86u

Well freezing is a little worse than my problem, which is just slower than normal uploads. Try fast.com or nperf.com to see if they work any better.

    Asus AX/AXE Slow Upload Speeds

Not so. I'm now running 386.4 and the issue persists.

    Asus AX/AXE Slow Upload Speeds

I would think there would be a lot of people screaming about this issue if it was wide spread. As a result of all the testing I've done, I've believe it is thread/parallel connection related. Using Fast.com and increasing the number of parallel connections you can achieve better upload speeds...

Brand new RT-AX86U, slow wired ports (more accurately, slow speedtests)

Well I finally received another RT-AX86U and just as many predicted...it performs exactly the same way.

Brand new RT-AX86U, slow wired ports (more accurately, slow speedtests)

Best Buy and/or UPS has apparently lost my replacement router, so I haven't been able to see if there is something uniquely wrong with my original AX86U. I've continued doing a lot of testing and tweaking, but nothing has really changed. Just to recap. All Ookla based speed tests (wired) are...

Brand new RT-AX86U, slow wired ports (more accurately, slow speedtests)

Can it be enabled/disabled via the command line?

Brand new RT-AX86U, slow wired ports (more accurately, slow speedtests)

I get 700/200-300 with a WiFii6/AX device, which is a faster download, but again the upload is slightly reduced from the what I remember with the AC86U. Still waiting on the second AX86U as delivery has been delayed.
