A new ROG router featuring AFC was just released at Computex 2025, although this specific model is equipped with internal antennas. So at least they're talking about it.

Are we still getting AFC?

Yea I don't understand why so many Android TV products don't accept WPA3. Apple and Samsung Tizen have no problem.

My 2019 Shield Pro only connects to WPA2 networks, not WPA2/WPA3 or WPA3. In fact, none of my Android TV devices support WPA3. I had to create a separate IoT network with WPA2 just to connect the Shield.

I have security updates set to auto-update, but firmware updates are set to manual.

Every one of my hidden networks is using WPA2/WPA3. It'd be cool if we could change the security on them.
