Saw this on my news feed an wondered if we are protected from this being on merlin ? I suspect its old news but not sure.

Did a dirty Upgrade on router and mesh node. Seeing an issue with 0 clients showing on aimesh screen on either node and I have lots of clients connected to lan and wifi.

I would change the port to 5122, just in case as there are a lot of attacks on port 22

So it did not block ads, even if I configure open vpn with the same subnet of my lan and 192.168.0.0/24 on Adguard. After switching to Diversion I can block ads on my openvpn and wireguard sessions when out and about.

I use openvpn when out and about to connect back to home, I have the openvpn server setup as both so I should be using my home inet when using open VPN client. All openvpn ip's are using 192.168.x.x addresses and I am running the latest adgaurd. Should I be getting protected by adgaurd when...

Dirty Update to my mesh router but on the firmware page it shows Current Version : 3004.388.4_beta3

I will rebuild my router tomorrow.

Since doing the upgrade and rebooting, I do not see diversion running in amtm. If I use 1 it's complaing about no entware. But entware is installed. Might have to rebuilt again.

Did 3 Factory resets and setup new Wifi SSID's, will leave this running as a test.

Its not an infection, speed tests are running on the router itself and after a factory reset I get 939Mbps down and 100Mbps up and if I let it run for a couple of weeks it shows 350Mbps 99Mbps, That is some difference. I am using a 500GB SSD as the attached storage so it can only be the router...
