Thanks for the information and links. I replaced the old USB disk with a Kingston USB SSD drive. I'll see how it goes.

I'm using an 8GB microSD card on a Kingston USB adapter. I did a surface test on that and didn't find any errors. I'll try another 4GB USB pen drive. Could you explain why it's better to use a USB SSD?

Thanks for pointing out the USB drive issue. I am running 2 scripts: Diversion and VPNMON-R3. I'll try to replace the USB drive first to see if it fixes my problem.
