    There is not tell about antivirus SW I have mount remote in the internet CIFS (end point is Linux server).. When I check speed via SMB share ASUS merlin so speed is about 700 KB/s.     192.168.1.78 works fine too - remote samba / classic share disk. Only 192.168.1.65 doesn't work via web browser :-/ ping is ok.. G.

    Did you mean firewall on host target PC where is the OpenVPN client? Or firewall on Asus router firewall? It doesn't work on any PC in testing network where I using OpenVPN client ... 192.168.1.65 is webcontrol of IP phone.
